By visiting zantebreathwork.com or submitting a hafilat recharge online request, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, you must not use our platform.
Zantebreathwork provides a digital hafilat recharge online platform allowing users to load credit onto UAE transit cards including Hafilat (Abu Dhabi ITC). We act as a payment intermediary; we do not own or operate any transit networks. Availability of the recharge service is subject to the operating hours and system status of the relevant card authority.
You must be at least 18 years of age to use our services. By submitting a hafilat recharge online transaction, you represent that you are at least 18 and are either the authorised cardholder or are authorised by the cardholder to recharge the card.
You are solely responsible for entering the correct Hafilat card number and recharge amount. We process each hafilat recharge online request exactly as submitted. Credit applied to an incorrectly entered card number cannot be reversed once the instruction has been accepted by the card authority's system.
All transactions are denominated in UAE Dirham (AED). The total amount displayed at checkout is final. No service fees are added for standard hafilat recharge transactions. Your card issuer may apply additional charges for international transactions — this is beyond our control and not our responsibility.
If a hafilat recharge payment is taken but the credit is not delivered to the card within 10 minutes, contact us at info@zantebreathwork.com with your transaction reference. If we cannot resend the credit, a full refund will be issued within 3 to 5 working days to the original payment method. Refunds are not available for successfully completed recharges.
Users must not: use stolen or unauthorised payment methods; attempt to manipulate, exploit, or reverse-engineer our platform; submit fraudulent hafilat recharge requests; or use the platform in violation of UAE law. Violations will result in immediate account suspension and may be referred to law enforcement authorities.
Zantebreathwork is not liable for: hafilat recharge delays caused by the card authority's systems; errors caused by incorrect card information submitted by the user; losses arising from transit network outages; or service interruptions beyond our reasonable control. Our total liability is limited to the value of the affected transaction.
We may update these terms at any time. The current version is always published at zantebreathwork.com/terms-of-use.html. Continued use of our hafilat recharge online service following any update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any dispute arising shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Abu Dhabi, UAE.
