3. Legal Basis for Processing

We do not store, log, or transmit full payment card numbers. All payment data is handled by our PCI-DSS Level 1 certified processor. We receive only a tokenised reference for receipt purposes. Our payment infrastructure is regularly audited for security compliance.

We share data only with: the UAE Integrated Transport Centre (ITC) and Hafilat card authority to execute recharge instructions; our payment gateway to process checkout; and our analytics provider under a data processing agreement. We do not sell personal data to any third party.

7. Retention

Financial transaction records are retained for 7 years as required by UAE commercial law. Contact form data is retained for up to 2 years. You may request deletion of non-retained personal data by writing to info@zantebreathwork.com.

8. Your Rights

You have the right to access the personal data we hold about you, request corrections, or request erasure (where not prevented by legal retention requirements). To exercise these rights, contact info@zantebreathwork.com. We respond within 30 days.
